1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OneXEOS FnB, you agree to be bound by these terms and any policies referenced within. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate information at registration and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Do not interfere with, probe or disrupt the system, infrastructure or other users' data.
• Do not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the software without prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Some features are offered under paid subscription plans. Service fees, billing cycles and feature scope are stated at the time you subscribe. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing and will provide reasonable advance notice.

5. Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, logos, interfaces and content of OneXEOS FnB are owned by OneX APIs and protected by law. The business data you create remains yours; you grant us the right to process that data to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep the system stable but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. You are responsible for the business decisions you make based on data in the system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OneXEOS FnB and OneX APIs are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the fees you paid in the most recent 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. After termination, you may still request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they will be submitted to the competent authorities in Vietnam.
